### Summary

### Breaking Changes

   * A new `ConfigRegion` parameter must be included during SDK initialization.
2. **Identity Configuration**:
   * The Identity must be set on successful login, and you must wait for the completion callback before proceeding.
3. **BluetoothDeviceProvider Update**:
   * The `tdwpServerEnv` parameter has been removed from the BluetoothDeviceProvider initializer.
4. **TripDetectionManager Update**:
   * The Identity parameter is no longer required in the TripDetectionManager.
5. **Portal APIs Update**:
   * The Identity parameter has been removed from all Portal APIs and is no longer necessary.
